Flesherton is proud to host two unique education programs within the local school board – French Immersion studies and an Environmental Studies Program.
Macphail Memorial Elementary School and Grey Highlands SS in Flesherton together offer a French Immersion program which starts in JK and continues through high school graduation with a French Immersion Certificate.
Grey Highlands Secondary School offers an Environmental Studies Program which gives students the opportunity to earn four credits that are taught through environmental immersion. This program blends traditional academic studies with practical outdoor skills that allows students to develop a more comprehensive picture of our complex and dynamic world.
